IDli and Dosa could be made of maize flour, a variety of grains, and pulses. After steaming the iDlis are loosened but NOT removed from the plate. Pour sambar on the plate for each of the four iDlis to be served to the guests. Being alone and single I am the cook, my own guest, and thanked myself for outstanding creativity and hospitality.

A central fragrance generator on the dinner table that includes agarbatti, flower essence of choice released that is added to the steam generator, saambhraNi, chosen gourmet spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, rose essence, etc. 

The gourmet and high-end customers in high-end hotels and resorts can get such a Royal guest experience, one type of diverse choices of “aromatherapy and Royal aroma lounge”.

Alternately, guests or guests of birthday, marriage, anniversary, or other company party celebrations get the chef cook at or adjacent chef cooking table. Photos and videos, musicians performing for the party guests are part of the holistic enjoyment of the chief guests and other accompanying guests. 

The whole theme and schema could be customized for different countries and cultures including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, a variety of European, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Iranian, Arab, Native American, Latino and Hispanic, African country-specific, Indian, and country-specific in South and Southeast Asia, Australian and many others.

Examples:

1. Chinese may like a pig, fish, and other wild animals, as well as a large diversity of sea animal fragrances that perfectly suit their food. Chinese may love live sea creatures, and eat them even if they are alive, preferring such live sea creature aroma.

2. Japanese may like the smell of the sea, sea creature aroma, raw fish, and other sea creatures just killed or slaughtered. 

3. Islamic cultures may prefer their own way of killing the animals, directly at their dinner table, and enjoy watching the animals suffer while exclaiming Allah's names Most importantly, maintaining their “Chef Culture”, the Chef and all cooks come around the dinner table and each spit profusely on guest plates, for which cultural experience, all guests hail the greatness of the Prophet and Allah for giving them the “great” spit culture. The Islamic countries may want all women and even young girls completely masked, while they are eating, while they are watched by their religious police beat the women who violate their Islamic law created and enforced by their prophet. It is all part of the “Religion of Peace”.

4. The different countries in the African continent have their own enjoyment concept and practice, they prefer on their dinner tables.

5. The Jews have their own preferences and concept of enjoyment.
