ETYMOLOGY 

Vi+bhooti = vishESha bhooti + vishiShTa bhooti + vividha bhooti etc. qualities in the bhoota properties of the universe or existence. Bhouta Shastra is Physics or Subject of Matter or Science of Matter. 

As the human observers and curious investigators dice or break up from human scale which is the meters range generally, Bhouta Shastra is the term for Physics. As the human observers and curious investigators dice or break up from human scale which is the meters range generally. 

The true concept of vibhooti is totally deep, beyond humans, earth, our solar system, our galaxy, all other galactic components of the “part of the universe” observed, unobservable, the dimensional limitations, human brain limitations, mere thoughts and imaginations could fathom. 

True Vibhuti awareness is the awareness of the bhouta prapancha, deep understanding of the different levels starting from normal and daily human experience level in meters range, upwards in hundreds to thousands, to millions, upwards to billions and trillions, further at stars with their stellar families, galactic with their star families, all the way to the observable parts and unobservable aspects at universal scale. 

As we delve from meter down to mili, macro, nano, femto scale the physical universe starts behaving “strange” or alien to common human observable scale. Once we delve below micro meter, human eyes and other sense organs reach a limit, forcing us to employ optical and electronic instrumentation technology. From nano down to angstrom, further deeper into molecular and atomic scale, we experience, not through our eyes, but through electron microscopy which uses methods to impinge electron beams on the observed target, measure the scattered and reflected electrons. 

In addition to observing with our eyes, we rely on our brain and scientific principles centered imagination. We enter the molecular (chemistry domain), further down to atomic, subatomic domains of physics. After discovering atomic structures made up of the atomic nucleus, further made up of the positively charged protons, neutrons which have no charge or neutral charge. We also notice the electrons with their negative charge compelled to orbit in multiple orbitals, at different distances around the nucleus. 

Multiple atoms are bonded together to become molecules, in which the “free electrons” free to be shared between two or more atoms. This electron sharing is called the atomic bonding, the two or more electrons binding two or more atoms to form molecules. The molecular bonds display multiple degrees of freedom, up to six degrees, vibrations which are susceptible to temperature and other physical parameters, depending on not only those of the molecules, but also other energy forms. In principle, energy is absorbed or released by the molecules. 

Different legendary scientists have discovered various molecular and atomic behaviors. Example scientists include Compton know for Compton Effect, CV Raman Effect in his name both recognized with Nobel prize in the early decades of the 20h century. 

 Let us peer into the subnuclear domain. The nucleus made up of protons and neutrons display spin, momentum, decay, and even splitting of very large nuclei into two smaller nuclei and corresponding atoms. The electrons and neutrons absorb and release energy under specific conditions. Zooming into the structures of the protons and neutrons requires extraordinary amount of energy, and to see or observe the inner structures of the protons and neutrons. 

Different kinds of nuclear accelerators have been constructed for the purpose to opening the protons impinging them against each other. Neutrons being neutral cannot be electrically or magnetically, thus only the protons can be accelerated to very high speeds using magnets. 

 Two basic configurations of nuclear accelerators are linear accelerators and circular accelerators. The protons are generated or actually liberated from hydrogen atoms. Hydrogen is made up of one proton, no neutron, and an electron orbiting around the proton. Using a series of very powerful magnets, the electrons are stripped out of the hydrogen atoms. The protons are further accelerated to relativistic speeds, this term meaning very close to the speed of light. CERN is a concentric accelerator so large that it covers multiple countries in Europe.
