Summary
This paradigm shift, paradigm reversal, and seminal contribution in creativity, brainstorming, and out-of-body thinking is applicable to most creative disciplines to include, but not limited to, science, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics, R&D, diverse art forms, literature, music, drama, performing arts, law, education, politics, warfare, marketing, sales, politics, finance, economics, corporate governance, nation-building, team building, and all areas of knowledge management of workers, management and corporate BOD.
As with any team building or team working activity, the facilitator needs to be able to assess progress and to adapt, adjust and give clarifying or steadying guidelines during the activity to maintain the group's focus and effectiveness.
At the fifth stage, all participants will in their own way be thinking in a highly complex fashion. The participants' minds are acting as mirrors creating multiple reflections of each other, rather like the few small objects inside a kaleidoscope creating wonderful arrays and patterns. Hence the 'Kaleidoscope Brainstorming' description.
It is easy to imagine how using this process the number of ideas generated is many times more than when using normal brainstorming techniques.
Dr. Murthy reports that typically after a number of Kaleidoscope Brainstorming sessions a group experiences an asymptotic approximation of their thinking process. (Asymptotic refers to the 'asymptotic' effect whereby two or more things increasingly converge as if to become joined together, but never actually join or become one).
He says this is enabled by successive convergence and the cross-fertilization among a group or team of all members' thinking processes, thoughts, and ideas. He adds interestingly that groups ultimately do not need to be talking to each other for their minds to be conferencing with each other. In fact, they can be as far geographically apart as they need to be for their routine life, but still efficiently conferencing and in tune with each other.
Dr Murthy adds: "The most important aspect is the discipline developed by the silent brainstorming paradigm. Regular teams or 'virtual' teams can be brought together to practice this technique. It is a good idea for the team members to branch out and form new groups with new members to extend the practice. It is also a good idea to have new members or visitors to the Kaleidoscope Brainstorming team inducted routinely. Diversity of backgrounds is the key to the freshness of ideas. True diversity in gender, age, ethnic background, educational levels, race, and personality types will ensure Brainstorming teams and activities are kept as fertile as possible. It is like any ecological system. The stability of a Kaleidoscope Brainstorming team ecology is good, but as well, aberrations and perturbations can guarantee long-term growth.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
1. Creation of Artificial Asia’s Tallest Jog Falls to be flowing robustly throughout the year by
Re-circulation and to develop Jog Falls as International Tourist Place
2. Jog is world famous for its magnificent spectacular waterfall, which is a gift from
Karnataka State of India to the world.
3. The Sharavathi river in Shimoga District of Karnataka State of India flowing over rocky
bed takes a spectacular leap from a height of 252 meters, producing 522 million cusecs
and divides into four smaller cascades known as Majestic Raja, The Graceful Rani, Swift
Rocket and Boisterous Roarer presenting a glorious, spectacular, unforgettable
panorama.
4. Unfortunately, the glorious awesome natural splendor view is available to tourists for only
a very short period of four months during the rainy season in a year.
5. Jog and neighboring areas lack other ingredients required for a popular tourist
destination.
6. As a result, the total number of foreign and local tourists visiting Jog are considerably
less in the year.
7. To make the Jog as an International tourist paradise and to attract visitors from India and
abroad round the year, studies of various aspects of the falls and our unique strategy
and plan will make it an international tourist place, which when implemented will be the
first of its kind in the world.

Dr. KRS Murthy has 100s of original and innovative music compositions each using many of the world music instruments, diverse music genres of the world, unique fusion techniques, creative morphing, blending of two or more musical instruments for each strike, variety of sound effects, creation of timbre not existing in musical instruments of the world, a composition starting in one raaga, but very slowly morphing and blending into another raaga, so astutely that even the great musicians and music experts will not be able to detect it, and including not able to know when raaga mosphed and transitioned into another raaga.
He has created raaga based compositions, but morphed astutely into another original raaga, yet retaining at least partially the genetic musical DNA of the donor raaga, but ensures his creation to be another raaga; that is, a raaga creation with passed on musical DNA genes or borrowed musical DNA genes from another raaga.
He also employs sounds in his music compositions, non musical sounds, not from other musical instruments from any part of the world, yet melds with the compositions, his creative techniques not detectable by even the expert listeners.
